Breakthrough Sessions

Introduction

Breakthrough sessions are an advanced form of Executive coaching which enables you to literally breakthrough blockages that may be preventing you from reaching your full potential in specific areas of your life.

Why have a breakthrough session?

  • Do you find that you keep repeating a pattern that hinders your success in a specific area of your life?
  • What would it be like if you could escalate the speed of your own personal growth?
  • Are you willing to remove all the barriers to your own success and explore your true potential?

Who can attend?

  • Breakthrough sessions are available for clients who have no previous psychological history or who have never seen a counsellor, psychologist, psychotherapist or psychiatrist.
  • Anyone who wants to breakthrough to their own personal success.

What does the session involve?

  • After booking the session (either one full day or two half days), you are asked to complete a pre-session questionnaire.
You are asked about your outcomes for the session and patterns in your life so far.
This questionnaire is returned one week prior to your session.
  • At the session, your questionnaire is reviewed and your coach elicits your detailed personal history. This process goes over the key events in your life and your perception of those events.
  • Your coach will then focus on your values, and will work on the most appropriate values context, which may or may not be within the presenting contextual area. Values are what motivate us and drive all of our behaviour. By identifying these drivers, we can identify the values that are ‘away from’ – i.e. by moving away from the things that you don’t want in life.
  • Your coach will then discuss the patterns that have emerged during the session and will then work with you to access your ‘prime concern’. A prime concern is an existential level belief that has driven your patterns of behaviour. This pattern is interrupted by changing the belief.
  • Integration process. This enables you to release old patterns and create new ways of being and behaving.
  • After this integration process your values are re-elicited.
  • Your coach will then work with you to set goals and discuss how you take your new way of thinking and behaving into your future.
