Psychotherapy Services
Awaken Consulting, operating as part of Awaken Group, offer private and confidential psychotherapy & counselling services to organisations and individuals. This can also be an extension of the NLP Coaching offered as all of our coaches are UKCP accredited psychotherapists and it means that the same person takes you through the whole process. This can be very important as a level of trust can be built up whereby a person can finally admit that they need help.
Psychotherapy is different from Coaching in that it will specifically look to examine what early experiences are playing a role in your current issues. The issues could still be the same, work-based anxiety; behavioural issues or stress for example and some people know that this all stems from say their first day at school and they want to readdress that.
In addition, this work is absolutely confidential with no-one, even close family, able to enquire about the work done. Because Awaken employees can provide both Coaching as well as Psychotherapy, invoices can be labelled 'Executive Coaching' ensuring privacy is maintained.
