Working in partnership with the Lazarus Consultancy and the Performance Solution, we are delighted to be able to offer the UK's first University recognised NLP Trainers Training as part of a coaching based MA at Kingston University.

What this Course Offers You

Successful completion of the Trainers Training programme attracts credits towards a coaching based MA with the Performance Solution, awarded by Kingston University.

As with other Trainers Training programmes, on graduation you will be able to meet the criteria for training and certifying other students to Practitioner and Master Practitioner level with ANLP. 

As a bonus, you may be able to offer your students credits towards a coaching based MA for completing your Practitioner & Master Practitioner programmes, subject to the courses covering the same content as those offered by Awaken & the Lazarus Consultancy. 

Acceptance onto the Course

There will be an application and interview process and, once accepted onto the course, you will receive the Candidate Manual to assist you in preparing and information about the Spring Open Day.

NLP Practitioner Programme (ANLP & Association for Coaching certificated)

• Do you want to find out more about the change technology of NLP?
• Are you keen to model performance excellence in yourself and others, and apply this learning to your life?
• Have you wondered what it would be like to be in charge of your life, and develop a toolkit of skills that you can use with yourself and others to facilitate change?

On this programme you will learn about:

 - The development of NLP as a psychology of performance excellence

 - The core assumptions of NLP

 - Advanced rapport skills including difficult clients and groups

 - Strategy elicitation, utilisation, design and installation

 - State management through Anchoring

 - Language patterns inherent in NLP

This programme is offered over 16 days and 4 modules and provides ANLP certification at Practitioner level.

Accelerated NLP Practitioner

This 9 day course also leads to certification as a Practitioner of NLP and is offered to companies as a bespoke training package. It requires pre-course work which includes listening to a set of CDs and working through a reading list. This ensures that delegates join us for the programme with the concepts already familiar, enabling the learning to accelerate. The programme offers a cost effective option for an organisation who may wish to send a number of delegates on to open courses and the timescale and the emphasis of the training can be modified to fit most training schedules.

Master Practitioner Programme (ANLP certificated)

This programme is offered over 18 days and 3 modules and provides ANLP certification at Master Practitioner level.

Spring 2011: May 9 - 14; June 13 - 18 & September 12 - 17  2011.
