We are actively involved in benchmarking NLP methodology to a number of organisations throughout the country. Lisa is experienced in using benchmarking tools to devise, develop and report NLP programmes across different sectors. As with any soft skills methodology, many people intuitively know that a programe has been beneficial and how can we support organisations who want to demonstrate tangible benefits of a soft skills approach and the impact that this can have on an organisation and the people within it.
